The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) made a powerful statement of workforce capability and technical mastery during its active participation in WorldSkills Philippines 2026, held at the bustling Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

Organized by the WorldSkills Philippines of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) under the inspirational theme “Your Skills, Your Future,” the national showcase brought together roughly 350 regional champions, industry experts, and leading vocational institutions across 30 distinct skill categories.

HRDC’s delegation stepped into this high-stakes competitive arena to benchmark their support against top-tier national talent. Competing in real-world, high-pressure environments, the delegates demonstrated rigorous discipline, technological agility, and problem-solving skills tailored to today's demanding industrial landscape.
