General Information
What is this training program about?
This program is designed to enhance participants’ skills through structured, competency-based training aligned with industry and institutional standards.
Who can enroll in the program?
The program is open to qualified participants such as teachers, trainers, professionals, and individuals who meet the specified entry requirements based on the Training Regulations (TR) for each qualification.
Registration and Participation
How do I register?
Registration is completed online through the official registration link provided by the HRDC Registrar Office, posted on our Facebook Account. Screening schedule details will be sent via email per chosen qualification.
Is attendance mandatory?
Yes. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions either online or face-to-face, and other required activities of the insitituion to successfully complete the program.
Enrollment Procedure
How can I enroll?
Qualified passers from the screening tests are scheduled to be enrolled by the Registrar. All new enrollees must register in TESDA's Biometric-enabled Scholarship Registrtation System (BSRS) with your personal Unique Learner's Identification (ULI) generated by the system. If the enrolle has an existing ULI, the enrollee SHOULD NOT acquire a new one.
What are the required documents to be submiited during enrollment?
(a) Photocopy of Birth Certificate from PSO; (b) Photocopy of HS or College Diploma (if not yet graduate - a copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) is accepted); (c) Photocopy of NBI or Barangay Clearance within six (6) months; (d) Four (4) pieces Passport size and four (4) pieces 1X1 photos with white background, label of your complete name at the bottom part of your photo and should be wearing a decent professional top; (5) Photocopy of National Certificate (NC)-if this is a specified pre-requisite in the TR per course and the NC is not yet expired; (6) Original copy of Medical Certicate
Schedule and Certification
What is the duration of the training?
The duration varies per course. Specific schedules and timelines will be communicated during orientation or through official announcements.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A certificate of training will be issued to participants who meet the attendance and performance requirements after completely attended the Supervise Industry Learning (SIL) depending on the required hours per course and passing the mandatory National Certification assessment at the end of the training.

What are the technical requirements?
Participants should have access to a stable internet connection, a PC or laptop or mobile device, and the necessary software or tools specified for the course.
